Data we collect
When you submit a contact form we collect your name, email address, selected engagement interest, optional scope notes, and message content. Server logs may record IP address, browser type, and request timestamps. If you accept analytics cookies, we may collect aggregated visit statistics as described in our cookies policy.
Purposes and legal bases
We use inquiry data to respond to scoping requests, prepare estimates, and administer engagements you later commission. We use technical logs to maintain security and diagnose faults. Where Korean or other applicable law requires consent for non-essential cookies, we rely on your cookie choice.
Retention
Contact form messages are retained for up to twenty-four months unless a longer period is required for an active engagement, dispute, or legal obligation. Server logs are typically rotated within ninety days. Engagement records under a statement of work follow the retention period in that agreement.
Processors and sharing
We may use email and hosting providers to operate the site and communications. We do not sell personal data. We share data with authorities only when legally required.
International transfers
Our primary operations are in the Republic of Korea. If a processor stores data outside Korea, we take steps appropriate under applicable law, such as contractual safeguards, before the transfer.
