Acceptance
By accessing this website or requesting an engagement, you agree to these terms. If you are acting for an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization. If you do not agree, do not use the site or submit a request.
Services described
App Architects provides professional consulting for application architecture analysis focused on service dependencies and performance bottlenecks. Descriptions of engagements, timelines, and starting rates on this site are informational. A signed statement of work defines the binding scope, fees, and deliverables for any paid engagement.
No professional guarantee of outcomes
Architecture analysis depends on the accuracy of materials and access you provide. We do not guarantee that following recommendations will prevent incidents, meet commercial targets, or satisfy third-party auditors.
Intellectual property
Site content — text, branding, and design — is owned by App Architects or its licensors. You may not copy it for commercial reuse without written permission. Deliverables created under a statement of work are licensed or assigned as that agreement specifies; unless stated otherwise, you receive a non-exclusive license to use the deliverables internally.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the contact forms, attempt to disrupt the site, scrape content at a volume that impairs service, or submit unlawful or misleading information.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, App Architects is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or from reliance on publicly posted informational content. Liability arising from a paid engagement is limited as set out in the relevant statement of work, and otherwise capped at the fees paid for that engagement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Courts located in Seoul shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from website use, unless a statement of work specifies otherwise for a particular engagement.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
